About Us

Caridia Furniture established in 2019 with it’s own capital as a dynamic corporation. The founder and current CEO of the company, Aziz Ufuk Merdan, is a textile engineer and completed his higher education in the United States. Later on, he has invested in the textile sector in Turkey  and owns Spark and Microtex brands operating in this sector.

Caridia, operating in a total area of ​​6500 m2 -including 5000 m2 closed- in Bursa Uludağ Organized Industrial Zone, has a monthly production capacity of 2100 pieces. We produce armchairs, sofas, and sectionals for permanent and comfortable living spaces with a contemporary and modern design language. We sincerely believe that, with our high standards of material and production quality, unique design, we will reach an outstanding position among our domestic and foreign competitors in a relatively short time and will contribute to the international furniture business overall.
